How it Works

Onboard

Once you’ve hired your perfect candidate, we’ll work with our compliance team to get all the paperwork set up. We handle all the frustrating admin work of hiring a new person, like payroll, compliance and healthcare.

Interview

Out of the hundreds of people who apply, we’ll set you up with interviews with the top 3. You’ll give us feedback on who you like, and when you’re ready, we’ll work together to extend an offer.

Manage

Your new hire is a full-time employee who will grow with you. We’ll handle benefits, vacation, and office space, etc — you’ll give them company culture, stuff to do, and things to learn. You’re building a scalable, international team, without all the annoying parts.
